The Veterinary Health Center's Compassion Funds were designed as pay-it-forward programs to provide life-saving services for animals that have caretakers with special financial circumstances or no caretakers at all.
Contributions to the Kind Hearts Compassion Fund help cover the gap in treatment costs for pets when owners can't afford the full amount, and the pet has a good prognosis. Compassion funds are vital to the hospital to assist in the care of both owned and un-owned animals.
